Getting Started
How do I get my kit after purchase?
After you purchase on Etsy, you'll receive an instant digital download. Etsy will email you a download link, and you can also access it from your Etsy purchases page. No waiting, no shipping.
Do I need any special software?
Nope. The files work with Microsoft Word (DOCX), any PDF reader, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (XLSX). If you have a computer, you can use these.
How quickly can I start using the kit?
Immediately. Each kit includes a Trainer Quick-Start guide that gets whoever is doing the training oriented in about 15 minutes. From there, you can start the 30-day onboarding roadmap on your new hire's first day.
File Formats & Customization
What file formats are included?
Every kit includes editable DOCX files (Microsoft Word), PDF files for easy printing, and Excel (XLSX) files for KPI trackers and dashboards. Everything is designed to be customized.
Can I customize the templates?
Absolutely — that's the point. Every template is fully editable. Add your business name, adjust workflows to match your office, swap out scripts for your preferences. Each kit includes an Office Customization page to guide you.
Can I use Google Docs/Sheets instead of Microsoft Office?
Yes. All DOCX files open in Google Docs and all XLSX files open in Google Sheets. Some formatting may shift slightly, but everything works.
Can I print the templates?
Yes. Every template is designed to be print-friendly. The phone scripts and daily checklists are especially useful when printed and kept at the front desk.
Usage & Licensing
Can I use this for multiple new hires?
Yes. Once you purchase a kit, you can use it for every new hire at your business. No per-user licensing, no recurring fees. One purchase covers your team.
Can I use this at multiple locations?
Each purchase is licensed for a single business. If you have multiple locations, please purchase a kit for each location. Volume discounts are available — contact us through Etsy messages.
Can I share this with other businesses?
No. Each kit is licensed to the purchasing business only. But feel free to recommend us — we'd appreciate it!

How is this different from a $5 Etsy checklist?
A checklist tells you what to do. Our kits tell you what to do, what to say, how to track performance, and when to evaluate. What if the kit doesn't work for my business?
Because these are digital downloads, we follow Etsy's standard digital product policy. That said, we stand behind our products. If you have concerns, reach out through Etsy messages and we'll work with you.
Can I see a preview before buying?
Yes. Every Etsy listing includes preview images showing the templates, structure, and contents of the kit so you know exactly what you're getting.

Do you offer a bundle of all kits?

Will you add more industries?
Yes. We're actively building kits for additional industries based on demand. If your industry isn't listed, contact us through Etsy and let us know — it helps us prioritize.
Do you update existing kits?
Yes. When we improve a kit, we update the Etsy listing. Existing customers can re-download the updated version from their Etsy purchases.
